i think it is so cool that all the time i’m finding out that people in the la underground music scene luv pop. i remember the first time years ago when i saw everyone dancing to like, jock jams and pop queen anthems at sean carnage monday night i thought, that is so COOL. i guess i kind of thought loving pop music was like a thing to keep in the closet. but there are so many cool ppl with ace taste that are most excited by pop music and that is really good to know.
i’ve been really interested in making a pop album since my old band puppy dog broke up. i think i’m gonna work on that finally in 2011. my fav songs ever have been the ones i’ve written just for me. here’s one i found in my archives that i want to share, it’s about my mini-me:
